…This is how I begin my posts on social media… But maybe not everyone knows who writes them and who I am. I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share how this exceptional project, which I live every day of my life, came to be.
My name is Silvia, and I come from a town located right in the heart of Slovakia – Banská Bystrica. I am a trained photographer and worked as a professional in this field for several years. This job provided me with incredible fulfillment as I had the opportunity to meet so many new people. Although I loved my work, I longed to explore new countries, languages, and cultures.
When the opportunity arose to work in Italy, I didn't hesitate to leave my comfortable life behind and start a new chapter in this dream country, which has since become my second home.
At the beginning of my journey, I fell in love with Milan, where I improved my Italian and held several interesting job positions. A particularly valuable experience was working in the advertising industry, where I served as an event manager and assistant director at an advertising agency. I was part of the preparations for several large TV shows, including the launch of Peter Gabriel's CD.
Later, I was able to apply these skills and secured a significant managerial position at the Louis Vuitton Investment Fund, where I worked as the Executive Assistant for the Italian branch for 10 years.
In my free time, I continued my collaboration with a prestigious travel agency in Bratislava and occasionally worked as a guide for Slovak and Czech clients, showing them the sights of Milan. I loved seeing the faces of tourists light up when they first saw the unique Piazza Duomo, Piazza Castello, or the illuminated San Siro stadium. It warmed my heart when clients were happy and smiling.
Through this work, I realized that this was something that truly fulfilled me, and I did it with love. After many years living in Milan, I decided to trade the big city for the charming Tuscany, where I now live with my husband. Here, I decided to create my dream project, "LA MIA TOSCANA."
I want to offer my clients the best that Tuscany has to offer — the sights, the experiences, and the flavors. Italy has been in my heart for over 25 years. I feel the energy of this country and its people, who live in this beautiful corner of the world.
This is why I want to provide my clients with these exceptional experiences, which they will remember for a lifetime. I hope they will develop a desire to return to Tuscany again and again, discovering it more deeply and intimately, just as I have.
Tuscany is my life, and I believe I can share this emotion with you as well. I'm already looking forward to our future meetings, walks, and shared experiences in this picturesque region.
